I determine flat fees on a case-by-case basis, take pre-existing budgets into account, and always provide signed copies of contracts. That means no hidden charges and no surprises. Right now I'm waiting on the results from my latest grant project for Tennessee State Parks, which would provide $200,000 to construct an ADA-accessible overlook at Cummins Falls State Park. I also just wrapped up a major course writing project developing online AP biology courses.
